【摘要】 随着高校体育课程建设不断改革优化，课程思政元素逐步融入高校体育课程改革之中，国家和社会对高校思想政治教育工作极为重视。与此同时，在立德树人的背景下，高校教育工作者应对学生加强思政建设。体育运动属于益智类活动，通过体育课程学习不仅能够使学生的思维、运动能力以及运动技能等方面得到发展，而且高校体育课程也承担着培养全面发展的人才、培养学生的团队合作精神、培养健康积极的生活方式、树立向上的精神风貌的责任，所以在高校体育课程中融入思政元素就显得十分重要。基于此，该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法探索立德树人背景下课程思政融入高校体育课程的路径。研究发现，立德树人背景下课程思政融入高校体育课程，是实现体育育人目标、体育课程思政和培养新时代人才的需要。研究认为，立德树人背景下课程思政融入高校体育课程，首先，应将思政元素资源与体育课程设计精准应对，使思政元素与体育教育目标相结合；其次，构建体育课程教学思政体系，明确教学目标，设计合适的教学内容和方法，注重培养学生的实践能力以及加强师资队伍建设；最后，思政资源拓展方式应满足体育课程的需求，从而提高体育教育质量与效果，促进学生的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous reform and optimization of the construction of college physical education courses, the elements of courses on the ideological and political dimension are gradually integrated into the reform of college physical education courses, and the country and society attach great importance to ideological and political education work in college and universities. At the same time, in the context of fostering virtue through education, educators in colleges and universities should strengthen students’ ideological and political construction. Sports are educational activities.Through the learning of physical education courses, students’ thinking, sports ability and sports skills can not only be developed, but also university physical education courses bear the responsibilities of cultivating all-round talents and cultivating students’ teamwork spirit, healthy and positive lifestyle and positive spirituality, so it is very important to integrate ideological and political elements into university physical education courses. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to explore the path of integrating the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension into university physical education courses under the background of fostering virtue through education. It is found that integrating the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension into university physical education courses under the background of fostering virtue through education is the need to achieve the educational goal of physical education, the physical education curriculum on the ideological and political education dimension, and the cultivation of talents in the new era.
