核心素养背景下传统运动疗法课程的翻转课堂研究

【摘要】 目的:高校传统运动疗法(八段锦、五禽戏、易筋经等传统养生功法)是一门具有较强实践性的应用型课程,以发展学生运动、情感、品德、能力、习惯、知识和行为的核心素养为出发点,将立德树人、健康运动育人作为根本目标。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法,以核心素养背景下传统运动疗法课程的翻转课堂为研究对象。结果:传统运动疗法翻转课堂在提升技能水平、学习兴趣、核心素养、体育品德等方面具有较高的认可度、可靠度、接受度,学生总体上能较好地适应翻转课堂模式(完全符合、符合、比较符合占比为92%)。结论:传统运动疗法翻转课堂在发展学生核心素养、全面发展学生运动能力、健康行为及体育品德核心素养、增强学生学习的积极性和主动性、提升学习效果等方面有积极作用,有利于丰富高校实践类课程翻转课堂研究,对提高教师教育教学能力、构建新型师生关系、改革教育教学体制、更新教学资源库、建设在线课程等也产生了积极作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: Traditional Exercise Therapy in colleges and universities(Baduan Jin Exercise, Five-Animal Exercise, Yijin Jing and other traditional health-keeping exercises) is an applied course with stronger practice,which takes the development of students’ core literacy in sports, emotions, morality, ability, habits, knowledge and behavior as the starting point, and takes the moral cultivation and healthy exercise education as fundamental goals.Methods: The methods of literature, questionnaire surveys and logical analysis were used, and the flipped classroom of the Traditional Exercise Therapy course in the context of core literacy was taken as the research object. Results:The flip classroom of Traditional Exercise Therapy had high recognition, reliability and acceptance in improving the skill level, learning interest, core literacy and sports morality, and generally students could better adapt to the flip classroom model(92% are completely consistent, consistent and relatively consistent). Conclusion: The flip classroom of Traditional Exercise Therapy plays an active role in developing students’ core literacy, comprehensively developing students’ sports ability, healthy behavior and core literacy in sports morality, enhancing students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative and improving learning effect, which is conducive to enriching the research on the flip classrooms of practical courses in colleges and universities, and also plays a positive role in improving teachers’ education and teaching ability, building a new type of teacher-student relationship, reforming educational and teaching systems, updating teaching resource databases, constructing online courses, etc.
