【摘要】 该文通过阐述体育健身服务业数字化转型内涵，探析协同视角下我国体育健身服务业数字化转型的机制与现实困境，并提出了相应的数字化转型路径。通过研究分析，从产业链协同发展、打造数字化供应链、变革商业模式来阐释发展机制。从政企、政社协同联动不足、市场供需错配、运营模式落后、多元主体利益不均衡、创新驱动力不足等方面分析当前行业数字化发展面临的困境。基于此，提出协同视角下体育健身服务业数字化转型的发展路径：完善体育相关政策制度，促进供需动态协同，构建协同运营模式，合理配置多元主体利益，协同创新驱动。更多还原

【Abstract】 By expounding the connotation of the digital transformation of the sports fitness service industry, this study analyzes the mechanism and realistic predicament of the digital transformation of Chinese sports fitness service industry from the perspective of collaboration, and puts forward the corresponding path of digital transformation. Through research and analysis, the development mechanism is explained from the collaborative development of industrial chains,the creation of digital supply chains and the transformation of business models, and the difficulties faced by the current digital development of the industry are analyzed from the insufficient coordination between the government and enterprises and the government and social organizations, mismatch of market supply and demand, backwardness of operation modes, unbalanced interests of multiple subjects, and insufficient driving force for innovation. Based on this,this paper puts forward the development path of the digital transformation of the sports fitness service industry from the perspective of collaboration: it is necessary to improve sports-related policies and systems, promote the dynamic coordination of supply and demand, build the collaborative operation mode, rationally allocate the interests of multiple subjects, and drive collaborative innovation.更多还原
