【摘要】 目的：新时期对高校体育教学提出了更高的要求，需找准目标定位，积极探索创新路径。方法：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法，对“十四五”期间高校体育教学的目标定位与创新策略进行研究。结果：该文分析了影响高校体育教学目标定位的因素，并针对性地提出体育教学的创新策略，以期进一步提升高校体育教学的质量。结论：体育作为高校教育的重要一环，承载着为社会培养健康体质、全面发展人才的重任，同时，它是校园文化建设的重要组成部分，更是实施素质教育的重要内容，体育教学目标是多维的，可通过体育教学任务表现出来，高校体育教学目标的定位，应该从生物、心理和社会等多个方面来考虑，充分考虑到近期目标和长远目标，既要关注大学生的现实学习和生活，又要尊重大学生未来的社会角色，使高校体育教学充分表现出多目标和多功能的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In the new era,higher requirements are put forward for PE teaching in colleges and universities,and it is necessary to find out the target location and actively explore innovative paths.Methods: Through literature,expert interview and other research methods, the goal location and innovation strategies of PE teaching in colleges and universities during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" are studied.Results: This paper analyzes the factor that affects the goal location of PE teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward innovative strategies for PE teaching, in order to further improve the quality of PE teaching in colleges and universities.Conclusion: Physical education, as an important part of college education, bears the important responsibility of cultivating talents with healthy physique and all-round development for the society, and it is an important part of the construction of campus culture and also an important content of implementing quality education. The goal of PE teaching is multi-dimensional, which can be demonstrated through the task of PE teaching. The positioning of PE teaching goals in colleges and universities should be considered from many aspects such as biology, psychology and society,and fully consider short-term goals and long-term goals, which not only pays attention to college students’ actual learning and life, but also respects their future social roles, so that PE teaching in colleges and universities fully shows the characteristics of multi-goal and multi-function.更多还原
