【Abstract】 Changzhou municipal government has accumulated profound experience in the practice of purchasing public sports services, and gradually developed into a successful "Changzhou Model". Its path of government purchasing public sports services has long been promoted as a learning model for local governments to purchase public sports services from social forces. Over the years, under the guidance of the principle of "government leading, social participation, and market operation", Changzhou municipal government has explored many beneficial experiences in the purchase of facilities for public sports events, stadiums and school sports, but at the same time, there have been some problems worthy of reflection.
