植物精油对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道结构及菌群的影响

【摘要】 为研究百里香酚、肉桂醛、香芹酚配制的复合植物精油对仔猪生长性能和肠道的影响,试验选择三元杂交的断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组和试验组,分别饲喂基础日粮和基础日粮+植物精油500 mg/kg,试验期60 d。结果表明,试验组断奶仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),料重比低于对照组;试验组仔猪肠道长度和小肠长度均极显著大于对照组(P<0.01);试验组仔猪十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛高度均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组仔猪十二指肠隐窝深度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),空肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪十二指肠、空肠绒隐比均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),回肠绒隐比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪十二指肠和直肠内有效序列均明显多余对照组;在属水平上试验组仔猪十二指肠罕见小球菌属、未分类柄杆菌科、罗姆布茨菌、未分类消化链球菌科含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);直肠内梭菌属6、土孢杆菌属含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),链球菌量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明由百里香酚、肉桂醛、香芹酚配制的复合植物精油能明显提高仔猪生产性能,促进肠道生长发育,改善十二指肠、直肠微生物区系,减少致病菌量。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of compound plant essential oils prepared with thymol, cinnamaldehyde and carvacrol on the growth performance and intestinal structure of piglets, weaned piglets of ternary cross were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and were fed on the basis diet and plant essential oils respectively.The experimental diets supplemented with plant essential oils, the addition amount was 500 mg/kg, and the experimental period was 60 d.The results were as follows: The average daily gain(ADG) and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of weaned piglets in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate of piglets in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G) was lower than that in control group; The lengths of the intestine and the small intestine of the piglets in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.01);the heights of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of the piglets in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);The depth of duodenal crypts of piglets in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the depth of jejunal crypts was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duodenum and jejunum chorionic-crypto ratio were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the ileum chorionic-crypto ratio was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The effective sequences in duodenum and rectum of experimental group were significantly more than those in control group.At the genus level, the contents of rare Pediococcus,unclassified Cobacteriaceae, Rombutsia and unclassified Peptostreptococcus in the duodenum of piglets in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Clostridium 6 and Geobacter in the rectum, were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of Streptococcus were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion, compound essential oils prepared by thymol, cinnamaldehyde and carvacrol can significantly improve the performance of piglets, promote intestinal growth and development, improve the microflora of duodenum and rectum, and reduce the content of pathogenic bacteria.
