【摘要】 特络细胞(telocyte)是一种新型间质细胞，其结构特点主要包括具有几个非常细长的粗细不匀呈念珠状细胞突起(长度约为10～1 000μm);细胞突起之间或与其他型细胞建立同型或异型细胞间结构连接；能够释放胞外囊泡，包括外泌体；在不同动物或不同组织中，其免疫表型具有异质性。基于特络细胞的结构特点、免疫表型及其与周围细胞的结构关系，其在体内可能参与细胞间通讯、组织再生和免疫调控等生理作用。目前有关特络细胞的研究多在医学领域中，而特络细胞在兽医学中的研究资料十分有限。论文综述了近几年特络细胞在不同家养动物中的研究进展，包括特络细胞的分布位置、结构特点、免疫表型和生理功能等研究进展，为进一步研究特络细胞在兽医学中的应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Telocyte is a new type of mesenchymal cells,and their structural characteristics mainly include:They have several very slender cell processes(about 10-1 000μm in length)with uneven thickness;they establish homocellular and heterocellular close contacts each other and with other cell types,respectively;they release extracellular vesicles,including exosomes;their immunophenotypes are heterogeneous in different animals and different tissues.Based on the characteristic structures,immune phenotypes and structural relationships with surrounding cells,telocytes may participate in physiological functions such as intercellular communication,tissue regeneration and immune regulation in vivo.At present,the researches on telocytes are mostly in human medicine.However,the research data on telocytes in veterinary medicine is very limited.This paper summarized the research progress of telocytes in different domestic animals in recent years,including their locations,characteristic structures,immune phenotypes and physiological functions.The review will provide a reference for the application of telocytes in veterinary medicine.更多还原
