马属动物轮状病毒检测方法研究进展

【摘要】 马轮状病毒(Equine rotavirus, ERV)是引起马属动物腹泻的最重要病原体之一。主要传播途径为粪、口传播,临床表现为腹泻、发热、嗜睡、厌食。随着畜牧业集约化的发展,该病呈现暴发流行,给马属动物相关产业造成了严重的经济损失。因此,采取快速有效的检测方法,及时的诊断有利于该疫病的防控。论文就轮状病毒病检测方法的研究进展作一综述,参照了多种动物的轮状病毒检测方法,总结了马属动物轮状病毒检测技术的发展概况,综述了传统检测方法、分子生物学检测方法、免疫学检测方法等研究进展,并探讨了各技术在检测中的优缺点及发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Equine rotavirus(ERV) is an important pathogen causing diarrhea in horses.The main transmission route is fecal mouth transmission.The clinical manifestations include diarrhea, fever, somnolence, and anorexia.With the development of intensive farming, the outbreak of the disease caused serious economic losses to equine industry.Therefore, rapid, effective detection methods and timely diagnosis are conducive to the prevention and control of the disease.Here, the latest research progress on the detection methods of rotavirus was reviewed.Referring to the detection methods of rotavirus in various animals, the development of the detection technology of rotavirus in equine animals was summarized, including traditional detection methods, molecular biology detection methods and immunological detection methods.Meanwhile, the advantages, disadvantages, and development trends of each technology were discussed.
