流延相转换法制备阳极支撑SOFC及其性能研究

【摘要】 流延相转换法是一种操作简单、一步成型的可大批量制备多孔陶瓷平板的技术,可用于制备平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的支撑体阳极。然而,相关技术仍有很大的优化空间,通过调控相转换法工艺条件可有效控制电极结构,进而提升SOFC电化学性能。通过改变相转换法中添加的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)含量,对阳极支撑体结构进行调控。结果显示1%PVP添加量下形成指状孔和胞状大孔结构的阳极支撑体SOFC的电化学性能显著提高,在800℃工作温度下最大功率密度可达1.30 W/cm~2。

【Abstract】 Tape casted phase inversion method is a simple and one-step technology that can prepare porous ceramic plates in large quantities, and can be used to prepare planar anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC). However,there is still a lot of space for optimization in related technologies. By adjusting the process conditions of the phase inversion method, the electrode structure can be effectively controlled, thereby improving the electrochemical performance of SOFC. In this experiment, the structure of the anode support was regulated by changing the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) added in the phase inversion method. The results show that the electrochemical performance of the anode supported solid oxide fuel cell with finger-like pores and cellular macrovoids formed under the addition of 1% PVP is significantly improved, and the maximum power density at 800 ℃ can reach 1.30 W/cm~2.
