阳极压力降在PEMFC故障诊断中的应用
Application of anode pressure drop in PEMFC fault diagnosis
【摘要】 首先建立了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电堆的阳极压力降理论模型,在不同进气条件下对PEMFC电堆进行故障模拟实验,得到了PEMFC电堆电压和阳极压力降的变化趋势,并进一步得到了PEMFC电堆发生不同故障时的阳极压力降偏差阈值、阳极压力降的变化速率和电压变化速率。结果表明,当电压下降速率超过0.060 0 V/min、压力降偏差值大于20%、压力降增大速率超过8 Pa/min时为水淹故障;当电压下降速率超过0.008 V/min、压力降偏差值不超过8%、压力降增大速率不超过8 Pa/min时为膜干故障;电压下降速率超过0.03 V/min、压力降偏差值小于-15%、压力降变化速率超过24 Pa/min时为缺氢故障。
【Abstract】 Firstly, the theoretical model of anode pressure drop of PEMFC was established. The fault simulation experiment of PEMFC carried out under different intake conditions, and the variation trend of voltage and anode pressure drop of PEMFC was obtained. Furthermore, the deviation threshold of anode pressure drop, the rate of anode pressure drop and the rate of voltage change were obtained when different faults occurred in PEMFC. The results show that when the voltage drop rate exceeds 0.060 0 V/min, the pressure drop deviation value exceeds 20%, and the pressure drop increase rate exceeds 8 Pa/min, the PEMFC stack is flooded; when the voltage drop rate exceeds 0.008 V/min, the pressure drop deviation value does not exceed 8%, and the pressure drop increase rate does not exceed 8 Pa/min, the PEMFC stack has a film dry fault; when the voltage drop rate exceeds 0.03 V/min, the pressure drop deviation value is less than-15%, and the pressure drop increase rate exceeds 24 Pa/min, a hydrogen deficiency fault occurs.
