风力发电用锂离子电池均衡电路及策略
Balance circuit and strategy of lithium-ion battery for wind power generation
【摘要】 对于风力发电储能,电池均衡系统需要具有简单、可靠性高、均衡电流大等优点。基于风力发电储能系统对电池均衡系统的需求,提出适用于风力发电储能系统的均衡电路及均衡策略。在均衡电路方面,使用可靠性较高且简单的开关阵列拓扑结构,利用外部电源为电池均衡,以提高电池均衡电流。在均衡策略方面,在传统电压均衡策略的基础上,增加欧姆压降补偿,推迟均衡系统关闭时间,实现更优的均衡性能。搭建了实验平台进行验证,实验结果显示,所提出的均衡电路较好地实现了均衡目标,传统均衡策略均衡电压误差约为14 mV,所提出的均衡策略仅约4mV,在基本不增加计算量的前提下,较好地提高了均衡系统的性能。
【Abstract】 For the energy storage of wind power generation, the balance system needs to have the advantages of simplicity, high reliability and large balance current. Based on the demand of the energy storage of wind power generation for the cell balance system, the balance circuit and strategy were proposed. In terms of the balance circuit,a highly reliable and simple switch array topology was used, and an external power supply was used for cell balancing to improve battery balancing current. In terms of the strategy, based on the traditional voltage balancing strategy, the ohmic voltage drop compensation was added to delay the shutdown time of the cell balance system to achieve better performance. An experimental platform was built for verification. The experimental results show that the proposed balancing circuit can achieve the cell balance goal. The voltage error of the traditional balance strategy is about 14mV, while the voltage error of the proposed strategy is only about 4 mV, so it can improve the performance of the cell balance system without increasing the amount of calculation.
