空间用太阳电池阵地面长期贮存研究
Research on long-term ground storage of space solar array
【摘要】 因太阳电池阵地面贮存设计寿命为3~5年,针对某型号推迟发射后面临的太阳电池阵地面长期贮存的问题,对其地面长期贮存技术进行了研究。分析了太阳电池阵地面贮存中环境对电池电路、封装材料、以及胶粘剂与其它材料等主要因素的影响。太阳电池阵采用在充有高纯度氮气的贮存箱中贮存、贮存箱置于温湿度控制的环境中、缩短太阳电池阵在贮存箱外装配与测试时间,以及对太阳电池进行100%裂片检查等措施,确定了地面长期贮存可靠性增长实验项目,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:因各种原因经过长期的地面贮存,太阳电池阵在采取了各项措施后,发射前测试结果满足指标,发射后在轨运行正常。
【Abstract】 As the design life of ground storage of solar array is 3-5 years, the technology of long-term ground storage of solar array is studied aiming to the long-term ground storage problem of solar array coming from the delayed launch of a certain satellite. The influence of the ground storage environment on the cell circuit,packaging materials, adhesives and other materials in the solar array is analyzed. With the methods including that the solar array is stored in a storage tank filled with high-purity nitrogen, the storage tank is placed in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, the assembly and testing time of the solar array outside the storage tank is shortened, and the fragmentation of the solar array is 100% checked, the reliability growth test items of the long-term ground storage are determined and verified by experiments. The results show that after long-term ground storage for various reasons, after taking various measures, the pre-launch test results meet the targets, and the solar array performs normal on orbit after launch.
