主要信息基础设施的荷储调度模型构建

【摘要】 为了缓解日益增长的信息基础设施负荷和新能源消纳需求的矛盾,电网的规划和运行均需要考虑信息基础设施负荷的灵活调节成分,以便采取措施提高电网设施的资产利用率和电网运行效率。作为信息基础设施能耗的主要贡献者,5G基站和数据中心配有备用电源且负荷有一定的调节潜力,文章旨在定量化评估5G基站和数据中心的调节能力,使其科学合理参与电网的需求响应,分析了5G基站和数据中心的荷储可调性,在已有能耗模型的基础上,分别针对可调节量构建了荷储能量调度模型并提出相应调度策略,模型兼顾负荷和储能参与电网运行调节,实现定量化实时滚动评估,算例验证了所建5G基站和数据中心能耗模型的有效性。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the contradiction between the increasing information infrastructure load and the new energy consumption demand, the planning and operation of the power grid need to consider the flexible adjustment components of the information infrastructure load, so as to improve the asset utilization rate of the power grid facilities and the power grid operation efficiency. As a major contributor to the energy consumption of information infrastructure, the 5G base station and data center are equipped with backup power supply and have a certain load regulation potential. This paper aims to quantitatively evaluate the regulation capacity of the 5G base station and data center, so that they can participate in the demand response of the power grid scientifically and rationally. It analyzes the load storage adjustability of the 5G base station and data center. Based on the existing energy consumption model, the load storage energy dispatching models are constructed and corresponding dispatching strategies are proposed respectively for the adjustable quantities. The model takes both load and energy storage into account to participate in the power grid operation regulation, realizing quantitative real-time rolling evaluation. The example verifies the effectiveness of the energy consumption model of the 5G base station and data center.
