电力通信用非金属耐火光缆的设计与优化
Design and Optimization of Non-metallic Fire-Resistant Optical Cables for Electric Power Communication
【摘要】 通过分析传统的非金属耐火光缆的结构,提出了一种将耐火层直接被覆在松套管外的耐火光单元设计,保证了非金属光缆在750℃的火焰温度下燃烧90 min及冷却15 min过程中线路的完整性。同时基于耐火光单元的设计,对非金属耐火光缆结构进行了优化,光缆外径更小、线缆质量更轻,可为电力、铁路、隧道、矿井及数据中心等特殊场景用非金属耐火光缆设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 The traditional structure of non-metallic fire-resistant optical cables was analyzed, and a design of fire-resistant optical unit that directly covers the refractory layer outside the loose tube was innovatively proposed, which ensured the circuit integrity of non-metallic optical cables during 90 min combustion and 15 min cooling at 750 ℃ flame temperature. And based on the design of the fire-resistant optical unit, the structure of the non-metallic fire-resistant optical cables was optimized. The outer diameter of the optical cables was smaller, the mass was lower, which can provide reference for the design of the non-metallic fire-resistant optical cable in special scenes such as power, railway, tunnel, mine, data center and so on.
