结构参数对高温超导绕组线圈磁化损耗影响分析

【摘要】 为了研究高温超导电力设备的绕组密度对其磁化损耗的影响,优化绕组线圈结构,减小交流损耗。利用有限元仿真软件,建立了多匝双根单饼线圈绕组的二维轴对称模型。在外加交变磁场条件下,分别改变超导绕组线圈匝数、匝间间距,分析磁化损耗的变化规律。结果表明,线圈间存在屏蔽作用,在一定范围内,超导线圈匝数越多,磁化损耗越小,匝间间距与超导线圈的磁化损耗正相关。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of winding density on magnetization loss of high-temperature superconducting power devices, optimize the winding coil structure and reduce the AC loss, the finite element simulation software was used and a two-dimensional axisymmetric model of multi-turn single-pancake coil with double-tape windings was established. Under the condition of applied alternating magnetic field, the number of turns and inter-turn spacing of superconducting windings were changed respectively to analyze the variation law of magnetization loss. The results show that there is a shielding effect between the coils. Within a certain range, the more turns of the coils, the smaller the magnetization loss, and the size of inter-turn spacing is positively correlated with the magnetization loss of the HTS coil.
