车载低温高压氢存储技术现状及分析

【摘要】 低温高压氢作为一种新型的高密度储氢技术,近年来成为研究和应用领域的热点。对比了常见的商用储氢方式,总结了低温高压氢存储的优势及储罐基本结构,通过低温高压氢加注特性、新型轻质高强度复合材料和低温绝热等关键技术问题的分析,指出开展低温树脂、纤维、金属内胆的协同研究,降低日蒸发率,实现随机工况下低温高压氢无损加注及低温高压氢的安全问题是未来的研究重点。

【Abstract】 As a new high density hydrogen storage technology, cryogenic and compressed hydrogen has become a hot research and application field in recent years. The commonly used commercial hydrogen storage methods were compared, the advantages and basic structure of cryogenic and compressed hydrogen storage were summarized. Through the analysis of three key technical problems including high density filling and storage technology, lightweight high-strength fiber composite and high efficiency low temperature insulation technology, the future research focuses and directions, such as the collaborative study of low-temperature resin, fiber and metal liner on the weight of storage tanks, reducing the daily evaporation rate, realizing the lossless charging under random working conditions and the safety of cryogenic compressed hydrogen were pointed out.
