黏滞液体表面张力系数的悬滴法测量
Measuring Surface Tension of Viscous Liquids Using Suspension Drop Method
【摘要】 开展了悬滴法测量黏滞液体表面张力的实验技术探究。通过微量进样控制技术,结合动态过程的连续图像采集方法,获得了不同液体量时的液滴形态变化。利用液滴表面张力与重力平衡时的临界状态图像,计算得到硅油的表面张力系数。与标准值相比较,测量数据的相对误差为4%左右。
【Abstract】 This experiment explored the technology of measuring the surface tension of viscous liquids using the suspension drop method.By using micro injection control technology and combined with continuous image acquisition methods for dynamic processes, the droplet morphologies at different liquid volumes were obtained.The surface tension coefficient of silicone oil was calculated using the critical state image at the equilibrium case between droplet surface tension and gravity.Compared with the standard value, the relative error of the measurement data is about 4%.
