无油有阀线性压缩机性能测试及优化研究

【摘要】 为探究恩布拉科(Embraco)无油线性压缩机WMD7H驱动液氦温区JT制冷机可行性,对该压缩机进行了性能测试。介绍了恩布拉科压缩机运行机理,搭建了压缩机测试系统。以氦气为工质,在低压压力保持在约0.1 MPa条件下,该压缩机稳定运行时最高压比可达10,对应质量流量为7.5 mg/s,此时效率为21.3%;当压比为5、流量为13.5 mg/s时,最高可获得39.4%的效率。

【Abstract】 Experimental research was conducted to explore the feasibility of Embraco oil-free linear compressor WMD7H driving JT cryocooler working at liquid helium temperature. The operating mechanism of the Embraco compressor was introduced, and the compressor experiment setup was built. When the low pressure was maintained at about 0. 1 MPa with helium as the working fluid,the maximum pressure ratio of the compressor during stable operation could reach 10, and the corresponding mass flow rate and exergetic efficiency were 7. 5 mg/s and 21. 3%,respectively. When the pressure ratio was 5 and the mass flow rate was 13. 5 mg/s,the highest efficiency of39. 4% can be obtained.
