【Abstract】 Yungang Grottoes were excavated in the fifth century A.D. with rich cultural connotation, they are China’s valuable material and cultural heritage. If we want Yungang Grottoes to further enter the public’s vision in the new era, we can try to explore the educational value of Yungang Grottoes, which can be divided into five parts: moral education, intellectual education, physical and aesthetic education and labor education, and apply them to practical teaching. Exploring the educational value of Yungang Grottoes has the significance of the times.
