长城的视听交互环境感知研究

【摘要】 长城是中国最具代表性的世界文化遗产地,每年有大量的游客前往旅行体验;旅行同时,视觉和听觉对人的感知起着重要的作用,因此研究长城的听觉和视觉感知与人的参观满意度和恢复性之间的关系十分重要。研究通过现场问卷调查的方法,对107份有效问卷进行分析。结果表明音乐声的感知响度和广播声的感知出现频率与视觉吸引度呈正相关。而脚步声的感知出现频率与视觉的趣味性呈负相关。视觉环境感知(吸引度、和谐度、开放度)、声景愉悦感与参观体验指标(听觉满意度、视觉满意度、参观满意度)和恢复性呈显著正相关关系。当地居民的参观满意度显著高于工作人员和游客的参观满意度,而工作人员的参观满意度普遍高于游客的参观满意度。人的到访频率越高,对长城的参观满意度越高。研究结果有助于对文化遗产地的环境保护、评估和设计提出具体策略,提升长城视听环境质量和人的参观满意度和感知恢复性。

【Abstract】 The Great Wall is the most representative world cultural heritage site in China, and a large number of tourists travel to experience it every year. In human perception, visual and auditory senses play an important role,therefore it is very important to study the relationship between audio-visual perceptions of the Great Wall and people’s visiting satisfaction and restoration. In this study, 107 valid questionnaires are analyzed by means of an on-site questionnaire survey. The results show that the perceived loudness of music sounds and the perceived frequency of occurrence of broadcasting sound are positively correlated with visual attractiveness, whereas the perceived frequency of occurrence of footsteps is negatively correlated with visual interest. Visual environment perception including attractiveness, harmony, openness and pleasantness of soundscape are significantly and positively correlated with the indicators of visiting experience(auditory satisfaction, visual satisfaction, visiting satisfaction) and restoration. The visit satisfaction of local residents is significantly higher than that of staff and tourists, while the visit satisfaction of staff is generally higher than that of tourists. The higher the frequency of people’s visits, the higher the visiting satisfaction of the Great Wall is. The results of the study may provide specific strategies in environmental protection, assessment, and design of cultural heritage sites for improving the quality of the audio-visual environment of the Great Wall, and people’s visit satisfaction and perceived restoration.
