小净距隧道围岩稳定性及加固措施研究

【摘要】 为研究软弱围岩浅埋偏压小净距隧道开挖过程稳定性问题,文中依托新疆上新光隧道工程,基于普氏平衡拱理论,建立三维数值模型,分析浅埋偏压隧道在CD法施工下围岩的力学特性,并提出采用注浆锚杆的中夹岩注浆加固技术。结果表明在隧道施工过程中,采用CD法施工,围岩形变较小,拱腰处形变相对较大;中夹岩出现水平位移,左右线隧道在拱腰处水平位移较小,平均值为4.63 mm;对小净距隧道中夹岩柱采用9 m长锚杆和4 m长小导管注浆加固,有效提高围岩整体稳定性。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the stability of the excavation process of a shallow buried and eccentrically compressed small clear distance tunnel in weak surrounding rock. A three-dimensional numerical model of a tunnel project in Xinjiang is established based on the Pugh equilibrium arch theory. The mechanical properties of the surrounding rock of the shallow buried and eccentrically compressed tunnel under CD method construction are analyzed, and a grouting reinforcement technology using grouted anchor bolts is proposed for the middle rock. The results show that during the tunnel construction process, using the CD method results in relatively small deformation of the surrounding rock and relatively large deformation at the arch waist. There is a horizontal displacement in the middle rock, and the horizontal displacement at the arch waist of the left and right tunnels is relatively small, with an average value of 4.63 mm. The use of 9m long anchor rods and 4m long small conduits for grouting reinforcement of rock columns in small clear distance tunnels effectively improves the overall stability of the surrounding rock.
