基于沥青混合料低温性能指标的对比研究
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON LOW TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE INDEX OF ASPHALT MIXTURE
【摘要】 为了从低温性能方面对沥青混合料进行综合探究,文中基于低温弯曲蠕变试验、小梁弯曲试验、低温劈裂试验和低温冻断试验。通过对数据的综合处理,进行对比分析不同试验条件下的沥青混合料低温性能,研究沥青用量、沥青种类、级配和空隙率等对沥青混合料低温性能的影响规律。通过试验结果可以知道,沥青混合料的低温性能会随着沥青含量的提高而提高。级配越密实、空隙率越小的沥青混合料其低温抗裂性能也会更加优秀。不仅如此密实—骨架结构的沥青混合料抗低温性能也优于其他结构。
【Abstract】 In order to comprehensively explore the asphalt mixture from the aspect of low-temperature performance,low-temperature bending creep test, beam bending test, low-temperature splitting test, and low-temperature freezing test are carried out. Through the comprehensive treatment of data, the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture under different test conditions is analyzed, and the influence of asphalt content, asphalt type, gradation, and void ratio on the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture is studied. The results show that the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture improves with the increase of asphalt content. The denser the grading and the smaller the void ratio, the better the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture. The low temperature resistance of asphalt mixture with dense skeleton structure is better than that of other structures.
