基于置信度分析和改进PCA的输电线路状态评价关键指标体系的构建

【摘要】 针对输电线路状态现行评价指标数量多、指标体系复杂和指标间信息冗余等问题,提出一种基于置信度分析和改进PCA的状态评价关键指标体系的构建方法,建立了输电线路状态评估关键指标体系。根据电网导则等文件确定影响输电线路运行状态的基础指标,结合设备缺陷/故障记录,利用置信度将数据量化;使用改进主成分分析(principal compoment analysis, PCA)算法,筛选出关键指标体系。最后通过实例分析,证明构建的关键指标体系的有效性并具有实际运用价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of the large number of current evaluation indicators for transmission line status, the complexity of the indicator system and the redundancy of information among indicators, a method for constructing a key indicator system for condition evaluation based on confidence analysis and improved principal compoment analysis(PCA) was proposed, and the key index system of transmission line condition evaluation was established. According to the power grid guidelines and other documents, the basic indicators that affected the operation status of the transmission line were determined, combined with equipment defect/fault records, the data was quantified by the confidence level; the improved PCA algorithm was used to screen out the key indicator system. Finally, through the example analysis, it proved the validity of the constructed key index system, which had practical application value.
