【Abstract】 The practical ability training mode for the talents in electronic majors in normal universities was studied and a practical ability training mode which is composed of “training, practice, creation and operation” is put forward in this paper. The practice proves that the training mode has distinct characteristics of engineering practice, strong integration and universality. This method innovates the training mode of practice ability in normal universities, and provides some beneficial practical ability training experience for the relevant professional talents in normal universities.更多还原
