晶体管基本放大电路动态参数折算分析法
Analysis of Dynamic Parameter Conversion of Transistor Basic Amplifier Circuit
【摘要】 “模拟电子技术”课程是电气自动化类专业的重要专业基础课之一,难理解、实践性强是该课程的重要特点。对放大电路的基本工作原理及性能指标的估算分析是课程核心内容,基本放大电路性能指标分析特别是动态参数分析尤为重要,动态参数分析除了常规的微变等效电路法之外,还可以通过参数折算的方法进行分析,使得电路分析更为简单,高效,对于“模拟电子技术”课程初学者来说有一定的学习参考作用。
【Abstract】 Analog Electronic Technology course is one of the important professional basic courses of electrical automation, and difficulties to understand, high practicalness is the important characteristics of this course.The basic working principle and performance of amplifier circuit analysis of the estimation is the core course content, and the basic amplifying circuit performance analysis is particularly important, especially the dynamic parameter analysis. In addition to the conventional micro variable equivalent circuit method, the method of parameter conversion can be adopted, which makes the circuit analysis more simple and efficient. It provides a reference for beginners of Analog Electronic Technology Course.
