“MCU+PLC”的柔性制造系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Flexible Manufacturing System Based on MCU and PLC
【摘要】 PLC和单片机课程是电类专业教学中最常用的两类控制器,在教学中,PLC与单片机课程相对独立,很少进行综合训练,通过比较学习综合训练能更好地激发学生兴趣,让学生加深理解并掌握。针对该问题,本文在基于PLC控制的柔性制造系统上增加单片机控制比实现柔性制造生产线双平台控制,使学生比较学习PLC与单片机课程相关知识,强化了工程实践能力。
【Abstract】 PLC and MCU courses are the two most commonly used controllers in the teaching of electrical majors.In teaching, PLC and MCU courses are relatively independent, and they are rarely compared for comprehensive training.Through comparative learning, comprehensive training can better stimulate students’ interest and deepen students’ understanding and mastery.To solve this problem, this paper adds MCU control to the flexible manufacturing system based on PLC control to realize the dual platform control of the flexible manufacturing production line, so that students can compare and learn the relevant knowledge of PLC and MCU courses, and strengthen the engineering practice ability.
