基于CPLD的线阵CCD三角测距系统设计
Design of Linear CCD Triangulation Ranging System Based on CPLD
【摘要】 针对传统CCD线阵传感器进行高精度三角测距时测距范围小,而精度高、测量范围大的激光三角测距设备存在光路复杂、价格高昂等问题,设计了一种远距离、亚毫米级精度、结构尺寸适中的三角测距系统。本系统以XC2C64A-5QFG48C作为主控芯片驱动CCD线阵传感器,利用STM32F103C8T6中的A/D转换模块、DMA通道完成对CCD输出信号的同步采集以及高速传输,同时通过模拟实际测量环境和器件构建数学模型,完成对该测距系统的搭建。最后通过实验进行系统验证,结果表明,系统工作稳定,可做到600 mm到800 mm处的亚毫米级精度距离测量,在保证测量精度的同时扩展了系统的量程,可作为一种距离测量设备。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of complex light path and high price of laser triangulation ranging equipment with high precision and large measurement range, which has a small range when the traditional CCD linear array sensor is used for high-precision triangulation ranging, this paper designs a long-distance, sub millimeter precision and moderate structural size triangulation ranging system.The system uses XC2 C64 A-5 QFG48 C as the main control chip to drive the CCD linear array sensor, and uses the A/D module and DMA channel in the single chip microcomputer STM32 F103 C8 T6 to complete the synchronous acquisition and high-speed transmission of the CCD output signal.At the same time, by simulating the actual measurement environment and building a mathematical model of the device, the construction of the ranging system is completed.Finally, the system is verified by experiments.The results show that the system works stably, and can achieve sub millimeter precision distance measurement from 600 mm to 800 mm.While ensuring the measurement accuracy, it expands the range of the system, and can be used as a distance measurement equipment.
