职业技能提升行动背景下高职院校教师专业发展探究

【摘要】 高职院校教师专业发展能力建设是影响职业技能提升行动实施成效的重要因素,是高技术技能人才培养和职业院校高质量发展的重要保障。适应学历教育与培训“双岗”需求、能驾驭学校、企业两个讲台的高职院校教师,应明确使命与任务,具备较强的教学育人能力、培训服务能力、数字素养能力、科研创新能力和国际服务能力。因此,在职业技能提升行动背景下,本文认为高职院校应从立德铸魂、育训并举、数字赋能、多措并举着手,践行新时代育人使命,强化教师教学服务能力、助推教师数字素养能力、优化教师综合能力,促进教师专业化发展。

【Abstract】 The professional development ability of vocational college teachers is an important factor that affects the effectiveness of vocational skill improvement actions, and is an important guarantee for the cultivation of high-tech skilled talents and the high-quality development of vocational colleges. Vocational college teachers who meet the “dual job” needs of academic education and training, and are able to control the two platforms of schools and enterprises, should have clear missions and tasks, and possess strong teaching and education abilities,training and service abilities, digital literacy abilities, scientific research and innovation abilities, and international service abilities. Therefore, in the context of vocational skill improvement actions, vocational colleges should start with moral education, education and training, digital empowerment, and multiple measures, practice the mission of educating people in the new era, strengthen teachers’ teaching service ability, promote teachers’ digital literacy ability, optimize teachers’ comprehensive ability, and promote teachers’ professional development.
