【Abstract】 Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory dermatosis. In recent years, there have been many advances in the study of biomarkers related to psoriasis. This article reviews the main genetic, histochemical, and serological markers, to predict disease susceptibility, to monitor disease activity, to predict comorbidity risk, and to evaluate treatment response. Furthermore,establishing appropriate multimodal diagnostic and predictive models based on these biomarkers are emerging modalities in the future.更多还原
