基于低压柔直的末端电网能源互联与能量微循环系统

【摘要】 “双碳”目标下大规模分布式光伏和电动汽车充电桩等零碳、低碳要素接入低压配电网,对末端电网可靠、稳定、经济运行提出了挑战。文中基于低压直流技术实现配电变压器台区间柔性互联与功率灵活互济,构建末端电网在新型电力系统下的新形态,通过能量微循环解决当前末端电网的一系列问题。首先,对低压柔性直流互联的一次拓扑结构、二次组网方式进行了介绍,以满足不同低压配电网资源禀赋情况与差异化需求。然后,对末端能源微循环的若干功能形态进行阐述,以实现不同台区间均载、故障快速转供的运行目标。最后,对中国目前开展的工程情况进行了总结,并详细介绍了中国首套低压柔性互联与能量微循环工程,工程运行情况验证了该系统可有效提升末端电网运行的可靠性与经济性。

【Abstract】 Under the goal of "carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality", large-scale distributed photovoltaic, electric vehicle charging piles and other zero-carbon and low-carbon elements are connected to the low-voltage distribution network, which brings challenges to the reliable, stable, and economic operation of the terminal power grid. Based on the low-voltage DC technology, the flexible interconnection and energy reciprocity between distribution substation areas are realized, the new topology of terminal power grid under the new power system is constructed, and the energy microcirculation is used to solve a series of prolems in the current terminal power grid. First, the primary topology and secondary networking mode of low-voltage flexible DC interconnection are introduced to meet the resource endowment and differentiated needs of different low-voltage distribution networks. Secondly, several functional morphologies of the terminal energy microcirculation are described to achieve the operation goals of load balancing and fast fault transfer in different distribution substation areas. Finally, the current project situation in China is summarized, and the first low-voltage flexible interconnection and energy microcirculation project in China is introduced in detail.The project operation situation verifies that the system can effectively improve the reliability and economy of the terminal power grid operation.
