考虑需求响应和能量梯级利用的含氢综合能源系统优化调度
Optimal Dispatch of Integrated Energy System with Hydrogen Considering Demand Response and Cascade Energy Utilization
【摘要】 为了促进海上风电并网消纳并提高沿海含电转气(P2G)工业园区运行能效,文中提出了一种考虑综合需求响应和能量梯级利用的含P2G综合能源系统优化调度方法。首先,构建含P2G综合能源系统架构。其次,针对系统风电消纳问题,提出多能负荷削减转移与能源耦合转换相结合的综合需求响应模型。然后,针对系统能效较低的问题,挖掘系统能量耦合及梯级利用关系,建立含P2G的各能量耦合设备的梯级利用模型,结合氢能实际使用需求,实现氢能高品位使用。最后,计及风电出力预测误差,以系统运行成本最小为目标,采用综合能源利用率及碳排放量为量化指标,构建综合能源系统随机优化调度模型。仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the grid-connected accommodation of offshore wind power and improve the operational energy efficiency of coastal industrial parks including power-to-gas(P2G), an optimal dispatch method of integrated energy systems with P2G considering integrated demand response and cascade energy utilization is proposed. First, an integrated energy system architecture including P2G is constructed. Then, aiming at the accommodation of wind power in the system, an integrated demand response model combining multi-energy load reduction and transfer, as well as energy coupling conversion is proposed. In view of the low energy efficiency of the system, the energy coupling and cascade utilization relationship of the system is excavated, the cascade utilization model of each energy coupling device including P2G is established, and the high-grade use of hydrogen energy is realized in combination with the actual use demand of hydrogen energy. Finally, taking into account the forecast error of wind power output, aiming at the minimum operation cost of the system, and using the comprehensive energy utilization rate and carbon emission as quantitative indicators, a stochastic optimal dispatch model of the integrated energy system is constructed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation cases.
