压电阻抗法最优检测频段选择试验研究

【摘要】 基于对压电阻抗法常用的损伤指标均方根误差(RMSD)的数学分析,通过在铝板上钻孔来模拟4种不同程度的损伤,对压电阻抗法的最优检测频段选择进行试验研究。结果表明,最优检测频率应包含PZT粘贴后的第一谐振频率。以第一谐振频率为中心,带宽为40~50 kHz的频段对损伤及其严重程度都较敏感,且小带宽频段应选择小频率间隔,大带宽频段应选择大频率间隔。

【Abstract】 The selection of the frequency ranges used in electro-mechanical impedance(EMI) technique is implemented by trial-or-error or expertise currently. Based on the analysis of the EMI damage index, root mean square deviation(RMSD), the study explores the optimal frequency range selection for EMI technique. Then an experiment is implemented by drilling holes on an aluminum plate to animate four damages levels. The results show that the optimal frequency range in EMI should include the first resonance frequency of the PZT patch after bonded. Taking the first resonance frequency after bonded as center point, ranges with bands about 40-50 kHz are more sensitive to the damage and its severity than other bands. In addition, a narrow frequency range should with small frequency intervals, while a broad frequency range should with large frequency intervals.
