基质材料BaZrO3粉体的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Matrix Material BaZrO3 Powder
【摘要】 利用传统水热法制备BaZrO3基质材料,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、粒度分布和发光光谱等测试方法对其进行表征,结果表明所得产物为立方钙钛矿结构,且锆酸钡的微观形貌为光滑且均匀的中空微球。由于立方钙钛矿结构特有的氧缺陷,其在255 nm波长激发下会产生蓝光,并且具有较高的色纯度,在发光领域作为基质材料具有潜在的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The BaZrO3 matrix material was prepared by traditional hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, particle size distribution and luminescence spectroscopy. The results show that the product is cubic perovskite structure, and the microstructure of the Barium zirconate is smooth and uniform hollow microspheres. Due to the unique oxygen defect, the cubic perovskite structure can produce blue light when it is excited at 255 nm wavelength. With high color purity, it has certain application value as a matrix material in the field of luminescence.
