多电平逆变器开关管开路故障容错重构策略

【摘要】 针对有源中点箝位(ANPC)三电平逆变器难以对多管复合开路故障进行有效容错的问题,提出一种改进型三电平ANPC逆变器容错拓扑。为对比所提改进型ANPC容错拓扑与已有拓扑结构的整体容错性能,提出了一种基于系统输出特性的可靠性计算方法。同时,为改进传统控制算法无法容错非预期故障的不足,提出一种在线容错拓扑重构控制算法,能够基于故障信息实时求解容错拓扑重构方式,并得到可行的等效开关状态,实现对于故障的实时容错控制。仿真和实验结果验证了所提容错拓扑及其重构控制算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem that it is difficult for active neutral point clamp(ANPC) three-level inverters to effectively tolerate multitube composite open-circuit faults,an improved three-level ANPC inverter fault-tolerant topology is presented.In order to compare the overall fault tolerance performance of the improved ANPC fault tolerant topology with that of the existing topology,a reliability calculation method based on the system output characteristics is presented.At the same time,in order to improve the disadvantage that traditional control algorithms cannot tolerate unexpected faults,an on-line faulttolerant topology reconfiguration control algorithm is proposed,which can solve the faulttolerant topology reconfiguration method in real time based on the fault information,and obtain a feasible equivalent switch state to achieve realtime fault-tolerant control for faults.The simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed fault-tolerant topology and its reconfiguration control algorithm.
