【摘要】 正常压力脑积水(normal pressure hydrocephalus)患者，临床上虽脑脊液压力在正常范围内，但表现为临床“三联征”的综合征(步态不稳、痴呆、尿失禁),同时伴随脑室扩大。目前，鉴于中医古籍中未有脑积水之病名，脑积水仅参见于中医“痴呆”“饮病”“头痛”“眩晕”等范畴，故正常压力脑积水尚无明确具体的中医病名，根据2010年国家中医药管理局重点专科协作组专家共识，以“脑积水”作为中医病名。因此，我院集合领域内众专家学者，通过文献检索、文献评价、文献研究总结、3轮专家问卷调查、专家论证会、专家质量方法学评价和临床一致性评价，为加强脑积水(正常压力脑积水)患者的诊断和治疗，指导中医脑病科、神经内科等相关临床医师合理诊疗，特制定《中医内科临床诊疗专家共识·脑积水病(正常压力脑积水)》。该共识明确了脑积水(正常压力脑积水)的疾病名称、范围、术语和定义、诊断、辨证、治疗、预防和调护建议，在中医药分证论治同时，推荐配合外治法、针灸、推拿、康复疗法、物理疗法等综合措施，旨在为进一步推动脑积水疾病中医临床诊疗水平、促进中医药标准化项目提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 For patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus, although the cerebrospinal fluid pressure is within the normal range, the clinically characterized syndrome of “three signs”(gait instability, dementia, urinary incontinence) is accompanied by ventricle enlargement. At present, in view of the fact that there is no disease name of hydrocephalus in ancient traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) books, hydrocephalus is refer to the categories of “dementia”, “ yin disease”, “headache” and “dizzy” of TCM, and there is no specific TCM name for normal pressure hydrocephalus. According to the expert consensus of the key specialist collaboration group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2010, “hydrocephalus” was used as the TCM name. Therefore, the Expert Consensus for TCM Internal Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment: Hydrocephalus(Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus)was formulated by gathering experts and scholars in the field, and through literature search, literature evaluation, summary of literature research, three rounds of expert questionnaire survey, expert review, expert quality methodology evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation, in order to guide the Chinese medicine encephalopathy, neurology and other related clinicians to reasonably diagnosis and treat hydrocephalus(normal pressure hydrocephalus). The consensus clarifies the disease name, scope, terminology and definition, diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, treatment, prevention and care recommendations for hydrocephalus(normal pressure hydrocephalus).On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, it is recommended to combine with external treatment, acupuncture, massage, rehabilitation therapy, physiotherapy, and other comprehensive measures, so as to further improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of hydrocephalus diseases and promote the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
