基于电磁作用机理的轮轨增黏装置仿真研究
Simulation of wheel-rail adhesion increasing device based on electromagnetic mechanism
【摘要】 针对高速列车轮轨黏着力不足的问题,文章提出了一种基于电磁作用机理改善轮轨黏着关系的轮轨增黏装置,介绍和分析了该装置的基本结构和增黏机理,并从磁化效果、磁热耦合和交流退磁等方面进行了仿真,推导出用以量化轮轨增黏装置增黏效果及自身性能的综合评价指标。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of insufficient adhesive force between the wheels and rails of high-speed trains, this paper proposes a wheel-rail adhesion increasing device based on the electromagnetic mechanism to improve the adhesive relationship between the wheels and rails. The basic structure and adhesion increasing mechanism of the device are presented and analyzed. The magnetization effect, magnetic-thermal coupling and alternating degaussing are simulated, and a comprehensive evaluation index is derived to quantify the adhesion increasing effect and self-performance of the wheel-rail adhesion increasing device.
