循环流化床灰渣改性制备水泥混合料试验研究
Experimental Study on Preparation of Cement Mixture by Modification of Circulating Fluidized Bed Ash
【摘要】 采用炉外脱硫技术产生的循环流化床(CFB)灰渣不满足水泥混合料标准中细度、需水量比和强度活性指数的技术要求。通过研磨、添加激发剂和减水剂等技术对CFB灰渣进行改性使其符合技术要求并研究其作用机理。结果表明,研磨作用可以显著减小CFB灰渣的细度和需水量比,并能提高强度活性指数。设置条件底渣占比70%并研磨10 min、飞灰占比30%并研磨4 min,可以使灰渣满足国标要求。减水剂对灰渣改性的减水效果为聚羧酸>萘系>木质素磺酸钠。灰渣研磨后添加0.6%聚羧酸减水剂后可以使灰渣混合比从30%提高到50%。激发剂对灰渣激发作用的效果为硫酸盐>硅酸盐>碱。同时添加3%Na2SO4激发剂和0.6%聚羧酸减水剂后可以使灰渣混合比提高到60%。此研究可以提高灰渣利用率,解决CFB灰渣堆放带来的环境问题。
【Abstract】 The circulating fluidized bed(CFB) ash produced by desulfurization technology outside the furnace does not meet the technical requirements of fineness, water demand ratio, and strength activity index in the cement mixture standards. In this thesis, CFB ash was modified to meet the technical requirements by means of grinding, adding activator and water reducer and its mechanism is studied. The results show that grinding can significantly reduce the fineness and water requirement ratio of CFB ash, and can improve the strength activity index. When the bottom slag accounts for 70% and grinds for 10 min, and the fly ash accounts for 30% and grinds for 4 min, the ash can meet the requirements of the national standard. The water-reducing effect of water-reducing agent on ash modification is polycarboxylic acid>naphthalene series>sodium lignosulfonate. Adding 0. 6% polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent after ash grinding can increase the ash blending ratio from 30% to 50%. The effect of activator on ash activation is sulfate>silicate>alkali. The addition of 3% Na2SO4activator and 0. 6% polycarboxylic acid water reducer at the same time can increase the ash mixing ratio to 60%. The research in this article can improve the utilization rate of ash and solve the environmental problems caused by CFB ash stacking.
