激光热处理对X100管线钢摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effect of Laser Heat Treatment on Friction and Wear Properties of X100 Pipeline Steel
【摘要】 激光热处理可以改善高强管线钢的表面耐磨性,以避免产生管壁减薄、表面凹坑等缺陷。采用不同激光功率对X100管线钢板进行了激光热处理试验,并对激光热处理后的试样进行了干式滑动摩擦磨损试验。分析了激光热处理后试样的显微组织,研究了激光热处理对X100管线钢摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,激光功率为1 000~1 400 W时,激光热处理可导致X100管线钢表面形成细小的马氏体组织,硬化层硬度相对母材大幅提升;激光热处理后试样的干式滑动摩擦系数小于母材;随着激光功率增大,激光硬化层的深度和平均硬度逐渐增大,失重率减小,耐摩擦磨损性能提升。
【Abstract】 Laser heat treatment(LHT) can improve the surface wear resistance of high-strength pipeline steel to avoid defects such as pipe wall thinning and surface pits. Laser heat treatment(LHT) tests were carried out with different laser power on X100 pipeline steel plates. Dry sliding friction wear tests were conducted on the LHT samples. The microstructures of LHT plates were analyzed. The effect of laser heat treatment on the friction and wear properties of X100 pipeline steel was studied as well. The results show that laser heat treatment can induce extremely fine martensite on the surface of X100 pipeline steel with laser power in the range of 1 000~1 400 W, and the hardness of hardened zone increases considerably compared with that of base metal. The dry sliding friction coefficients of LHT samples are smaller than that of base metal without LHT. The depth and average hardness of hardened zone gradually increases with rising laser power level. With increasing laser power, the weight loss rate declines and the friction and wear resistance improves.
