坚持“教学礼拜”活动常态化,持续提高计算机类人才培养质量

【摘要】 湖南科技大学深植本科教学之根,全面实施“教学礼拜”制度。夯实“教学礼拜”是巩固本科教学中心地位的重要手段,是持续提高人才培养质量的重要抓手。以计算机科学与工程学院本科人才培养为例,学院提出了落实学校“教学礼拜”主题活动的具体措施,从转变教育教学理念、创新人才培养模式等方面进行教育教学改革,着力落实立德树人根本任务,推动教学质量持续改进,弘扬劳动精神,践行“三全育人”理念,建立健全协同育人机制,构建“五育并举”育人体系,培养德智体美劳全面发展、担当民族复兴大任的一流人才,为高校持续提高计算机类人才培养质量提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Hunan University of Science and Technology puts forward the “Teaching Week System” deeply rooted in undergraduate teaching.Consolidating the “Teaching Week System” is an important way to consolidate the center position of undergraduate teaching and is also a fundamental guarantee to continuously improve the quality of computer talents training. Taking the training of undergraduate talents in the School of Computer Science and Engineering as an example, the school first proposed specific measures to implement the theme activity of “Teaching Week system” and carried out education and teaching reform from the aspects of transforming education and teaching concept, innovating talent training mode and so on. Then, the school focused on the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality, and promoted the continuous improvement of teaching quality. Next, the school carried forward the spirit of laborand the practice of the concept of “all-round education”. Finally, the school established and improved the collaborative education mechanism and constructed the “five education”system to train the first-class talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor and shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. These methods can provide new ideas to improve the quality of computer talents training for universities.
