【摘要】 仪器设备是高校人才培养、教学科研、社会服务的重要基础，也是推进高校“双一流”建设与高质量发展的重要保障。以湖南科技大学为例，对单价超过10万元的教学科研仪器设备管理与使用情况展开调查研究，发现仪器设备管理与使用存在使用率偏低、共享率不高、管理队伍结构不合理、管理体制机制不健全等问题。通过深入剖析问题产生的原因，从购置与更新、开放与共享、队伍建设、机制健全等方面提出相应的对策建议，以期对地方高校教学科研仪器设备的科学管理与高效使用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Instruments and equipment are an important basis for talent cultivation, teaching and scientific research and social services of university, and also an important guarantee for promoting the “Double Tops” construction and high-quality development of university. This paper takes Hunan University of Science and Technology as an example to investigate the management and use of teaching and scientific research equipment with a unit price of more than 100,000 yuan, and finds that there are some problems in the management and use of instruments and equipment, such as low utilization rate, low sharing rate, unreasonable management team structure, and imperfect management system and mechanism. Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of purchase and renewal, openness and sharing, team construction and mechanism improvement to provide a certain reference for the scientific management and efficient use of instruments and equipment in local universities.更多还原
