地方高校工科专业学位研究生教育特色体系构建与实践

【摘要】 地方高校工科应发挥自身的学科优势与特色,做好以下几个方面:抓住国家大力发展专业学位研究生教育的机遇,探索专业学位研究生教育特色体系的构建;融入专业学位研究生教育新理念、新内涵,继承与创新,交叉与融合,深化“科教产教双融合,职业能力和品德素养双提升”的研究生教育新模式;走特色发展之路,重构、优化研究生教育特色课程体系;深挖企业文化资源,校企协同提升课程思政实施质量;一体化设计校内外相互促进、能力叠加的工程实践创新培养环节,搭建以研究生创新实践基地建设为核心的多元协同实践教学平台;以完善培养过程为保障,形成“项目牵引,学校、企业、导师三位一体协同共管”的管理体制和运行机制。

【Abstract】 Local colleges and universities, in order to give full play of the engineering major’s advantages and characteristics, should seize the opportunities of the official policies that aim to develop professional degree graduate education to explore the construction of its characteristic system. The new mode of postgraduate education of “double integration of science and industry education, and double improvement of vocational abilities and moral quality” should be deepened by integrating new conception and connotation into professional degree education for postgraduates. A characteristic curriculum system for graduate education should be optimized and reconstructed to highlight the universities’ characteristics. What is more, the corporate culture should be elaborated to promote the quality of ideological and political courses. And an innovative talents-training link for engineering practice on and off campuses should be designed to build a diversified collaborative practical teaching platform centered on the construction of professional practice base. Therefore, the management and operation mechanism, namely “the project-oriented, university-enterprise-supervisor co-cultivation”, has been formed with the training process being improved.
