【Abstract】 In the context of social aging, role construction is an effective way to help the elderly achieve active aging. However, there are many challenges in the process of role construction for the elderly. Learning can provide support and guarantee for the role construction of the elderly. In this study, the multi-case analysis method was used to interview elderly learners in nursing homes, communities and universities for the elderly through 10 elderly learning projects. It is found that learning empowers three types of scenarios that enable the elderly to construct roles by providing information, platforms and relationship support. Through learning, the elderly can cope with changes in existing role rules, challenge the replacement of old and new roles, and enhance role understanding in the process of role construction.更多还原
