【摘要】 目的 基于德尔菲法构建CT增强碘对比剂急性不良反应影响因素调查问卷，以帮助影像科护士全面、客观、高效识别风险因素，也为日后碘对比剂急性不良反应风险评估工具的构建及影响因素的研究奠定基础。方法 采用文献分析和小组会议讨论，初步拟定急性不良反应影响因素条目池，然后采用德尔菲法，进行两轮专家函询，依据函询结果对问卷进行修改、删减和补充，最终形成正式的调查问卷。结果 两轮专家函询的问卷回收率均为100%;权威系数分别为0.93和0.95;协调系数分别为0.370和0.387(P值均<0.05)。最终，形成了包括患者个人因素、碘对比剂因素、检查前准备相关因素和环境因素4个维度(24个条目)的CT增强碘对比剂急性不良反应影响因素调查问卷。结论 CT增强碘对比剂急性不良反应影响因素调查问卷的编制符合科学性及可靠性原则，可为CT增强碘对比剂急性不良反应风险评估及影响因素研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a Questionnaire of Influencing Factors for Acute Adverse Reactions from CT-enhanced Iodine Contrast Medium,further to help nurses in imaging department to comprehensively,objectively and efficiently identify risk factors,and to lay a foundation for the future construction of risk assessment tools for acute adverse reactions of iodine contrast agents and the study of influencing factors. Methods Through literature analysis and group meeting discussion,the pool of influencing factors of acute adverse reactions was preliminarily drawn up,and then Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation.According to the results of the letter consultation,the questionnaire was modified,deleted and supplemented,and a formal questionnaire was finally formed. Results The questionnaire response rate of two rounds consultation was both 100%. The authority coefficients were 0.93 and 0.95,respectively. The coordination coefficients were 0.370 and 0.387,respectively( P<0.05 for both). Finally,the Questionnaire of Influencing Factors for Acute Adverse Reactions from CT-enhanced Iodine Contrast Medium was developed,which contained 4 dimensions( 24 items),including patient personal factors,iodine-contrast agents,factors related to examination preparation,and environmental factors. Conclusion The compilation of the Questionnaire of Influencing Factors for Acute Adverse Reactions from CT-enhanced Iodine Contrast Medium conformed to the principle of science and reliability,and this questionnaire can provide reference for the risk assessment and influencing factors of acute adverse reactions of CT-enhanced iodide contrast agents.更多还原
