废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料回收工艺与技术的研究进展
Research on recycling process and technology of spent lithium ion phosphate batteries
【摘要】 锂电池具有储能高、寿命长和绿色环保等优点,在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。然而,近些年随着磷酸铁锂电池的大规模使用,大量的废旧磷酸铁锂电池即将到达使用寿命的终点,怎样处置这些废旧电池,这已经是影响锂电池行业发展前景的重要问题之一。本文将对目前废旧磷酸铁锂的回收工艺与技术进行总结概括,对固相法、液相法、固相-液相结合法、氧压浸出法和超临界萃取法的工艺流程与效果的优缺点进行阐述,并对废旧磷酸铁锂电池的回收技术的发展方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Lithium batteries have the advantages of high energy storage, long life, and green, making them widely used in various fields.However, in recent years, with the large-scale use of lithium iron phosphate batteries, a large number of used lithium iron phosphate batteries will soon reach the end of their service life, how to dispose of these used batteries, has been one of the important issues affecting the development of the lithium battery industry.This paper summarizes the current recycling process and technology of used lithium iron phosphate, the advantages and disadvantages of the process flow and effect of solid phase, liquid phase, solid-liquid phase combination, oxygen pressure leaching, and supercritical extraction, and the future development direction of the recycling technology of used lithium iron phosphate.
