【Abstract】 The year 2003 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. The infrastructure construction mainly promoted by the BRI has exerted tremendous influence in the world. The West has launched the so-called counterattack against the BRI’s trade network and infrastructure projects across the globe, and has planned relevant countervailing projects and strategic alternatives for the BRI. In particular, the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity(IPEF) led by the United States and the Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity(APEP), B3W, PGII, Quad, India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor(IMEC), and Global Gateway proposed by EU,are important links to deal with the BRI in the field of infrastructure.China’s response is crucial and the Belt and Road Initiative was written into the Foreign Relations Law. In the future, China should focus on rapidly achieving equal openness and building a community with a shared future for mankind and further promote the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative.更多还原
