芽苗切根处理对红豆树苗木生长的影响

【摘要】 以红豆树(Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. et Wils.)芽苗为试验材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,对芽苗分别进行切除主根1/3、1/2、2/3处理后,将芽苗分别移栽至育苗容器中培育1个生长季,以不切根处理作为对照(CK),通过研究不同强度芽苗切根处理对红豆树苗木生长的影响,探寻最适的芽苗切根比例。结果表明:切根处理对于红豆树苗木的苗高、地径、生物量积累、根系形态发育均会产生影响。切除芽苗主根2/3处理促进了红豆树苗木苗高和地径生长,同时促进苗木生物量的积累。切根处理缩短了苗木的主根长,影响一级侧根的数量。切除芽苗主根2/3处理的苗木根构型较好,其根系总长度、根系表面积、根系体积等根系指标均高于其他处理。红豆树芽苗切除主根2/3处理为最佳切根比例,苗木生长效果最佳。

【Abstract】 We used Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. et Wils. seedlings as the test material. The experiment was conducted in a one-way randomized group design, and the sprouts were treated with 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3 of the main roots removed and then transplanted into seedling containers for one growing season, with no root pruning treatment as the control(CK). The results showed that the root pruning treatment affected the seedling height, ground diameter, biomass accumulation and root morphology development of Ormosia hosiei seedlings. The treatment of cutting 2/3 of the main root of the shoot seedlings promoted the growth of seedling height and ground diameter, as well as the accumulation of biomass in O. hosiei seedlings. The root pruning treatment shortened the primary root length of seedlings and affected the number of primary lateral roots. The root conformation of seedlings with 2/3 of the main root removed from shoot seedlings was better, and their root indexes such as total root length, root surface area, and root volume were higher than those of other treatments. In conclusion, the treatment of removing 2/3 of the main roots of mangrove shoot seedlings was the best root pruning ratio and had the best seedling growth results.
