茶香螺烷对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 研究茶香螺烷对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)抑菌活性的影响,以期为开发醉蝶花提取物防治草莓灰霉病提供依据。结果表明,茶香螺烷对草莓灰霉病菌具有显著抑菌活性,其中熏蒸处理效果优于直接接触的抑菌活性。茶香螺烷在最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)处理下对菌丝表面造成损伤,胞外电导率分别升高31.20%和44.66%,麦角固醇合成量分别降低8.18%和12.58%,丙二醛含量分别升高0.335和0.373μmol·L-1;茶香螺烷处理后草莓灰霉病菌致病力BcPDR1基因和过氧化物酶BccatA基因显著下调,细胞壁降解酶Bcpg5基因相对表达量显著上调。

【Abstract】 The inhibitory effects of theospirane on Botrytis cinerea were studied in order to provide a basis for the development of the extract of Cleome spinosa to control B. cinerea in strawberry. The results showed that theospirane had significant inhibitory activity against B. cinerea, and the effect of fumigation was better than that of direct contact treatment. Under the treatment of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC), theaspirane caused damage to the surface of the mycelium of B. cinerea, the extracellular conductivity increased by 31.20% and 44.66%,the ergosterol synthesis decreased by 8.18% and 12.58%, and the malondialdehyde content increased by 0.335 and 0.373 μmol·L-1, respectively. The pathogenicity BcPDR1 gene and peroxidase BccatA gene of B. cinerea were significantly down-regulated and the expression of cell wall degrading enzyme Bcpg5 gene was significantly up-regulated after theaspirane treatment.
