【摘要】 随着乡村振兴、社会主义新农村建设的推进，现行乡村档案管理体制已不能满足新时代乡村档案工作快速发展的需要，应积极主动求变，于改革中开新局。本文在分析乡村档案管理体制现状的基础上提出了改革的初步设想，主要包括“乡所村员”的档案行政管理体系、“乡馆村室”的档案业务工作体系、“县乡村协同”的档案管理运行机制、“因地制宜”的档案管理体制改革推进模式四方面，论述了乡村档案管理体制改革的现实意义和有利条件，并提出相应的保障措施，以期为我国乡村档案管理体制的发展提供思路和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress of rural revitalization and socialist new rural construction, the current rural archives management system has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of rural archives work in the new era. We should actively seek changes and open up a new prospect in the reform. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the rural archives management system, this paper puts forward the preliminary idea of reform,which mainly includes four aspects: the archives administration system of "township archive offices and village administrators", the archives business work system of "township archives and village record office", the archives management operation mechanism of "county, town and village cooperation" and the promotion mode of archives management system reform according to local condition. This paper discusses the realistic significance and favorable conditions of the reform of the rural archives management system, and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures, in order to provide ideas and reference for the development of rural archives management system in China.更多还原
