【摘要】 档案机构改革及新《档案法》的实施，对档案鉴定工作提出了新要求。文章在阐明档案鉴定涵义的基础上，分析新形势下建设档案鉴定委员会的意义与作用，指出从档案的形成、收集、保存、利用到销毁，每个环节均需档案鉴定这个关键节点来衔接。档案鉴定委员会正是这个关键节点的主体。文章着重阐述了档案鉴定委员会的四种建设与运行模式，以期对新时期档案鉴定工作提供理论指导，推动解决鉴定工作滞后的难点问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of archival institutions and the implementation of the new Archives Law put forward new requirements for archival appraisal. On the basis of clarifying the meaning of archival appraisal, this paper analyzes the significance and function of building archival appraisal committee under the new situation, and points out that every link needs the key node of archival appraisal, from the formation,collection, preservation, utilization and destruction of archives, and the archival appraisal committee is the main body of this key node. It also focuses on the four development and operation modes of the archival appraisal committee, with a view to providing theoretical guidance for the archival appraisal efforts in the new period and promoting the solution to the difficult problems of the lagging appraisal work.更多还原
