【摘要】 2008年全球金融危机以来，全球债务问题愈演愈烈。在全球经济一体化背景下，各国政府债务规模呈现区域性扩张的趋势，同时国家间存在债务风险传染现象。研究区域政府债务周期协同问题有利于完善区域政府债务联合治理体系，并为全球政府合作治理债务问题提供思路。本文首先对北美洲、欧洲、大洋洲、亚洲、拉美和加勒比以及中东和北非六大区域政府债务周期协同及其演变情况进行分析，然后运用3SLS模型研究2008—2019年全球经济一体化对区域政府债务周期协同的影响。研究发现，区域内贸易一体化对区域政府债务周期协同有正向作用，区域内金融一体化对其有负向作用，全球贸易一体化对其有负向作用，全球金融一体化对其有正向作用。最后，本文根据实证结果，为区域联合治理政府债务问题以及我国参与区域治理体系提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the global financial crisis of 2008, the global debt issue has intensified. In the context of global economic integration, the scale of government debt in various countries shows a trend of regional expansion,with debt risk contagion existing between countries. Studying the issue of regional government debt cycle synchronization is conducive to the development of a regional government debt joint governance system, and provides insights for global government cooperation in debt risk management. This paper first analyzes the synchronization and evolution of government debt cycles in six major regions: North America, Europe, Oceania,Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East and North Africa. Then, using the 3SLS model,it studies the impact of global economic integration from 2008 to 2019 on regional government debt cycle synchronization. The study finds that regional trade integration has a positive effect on regional government debt cycle synchronization, while regional financial integration has a negative effect. Global trade integration has a negative effect, while global financial integration has a positive effect. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper provides suggestions for regional joint governance of government debt risk and China’s participation in regional governance systems.更多还原
